1. Our Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all Ghost Mode purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 14 days of your purchase date and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at hello@ghostmode.work with:

  • Your purchase email address
  • Your order number (found in your purchase confirmation email)
  • A brief reason for the refund (optional)

We will process your refund within 3–5 business days.

3. Eligibility

Refunds are available if requested within 14 days of the original purchase date. After 14 days, refunds are issued at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.

For subscription plans (Monthly, Annual), refunds cover the most recent billing period only. Cancellations stop future charges immediately.

4. Lifetime License

Lifetime license purchases are eligible for a full refund within 14 days. After 14 days, lifetime licenses are non-refundable.
